190% encounter growth. $90M raised. Suki is done being a scribe. 🤖
That number, patient encounters supported by Suki growing more than 190% year over year in 2026, is the kind of traction that makes a Series E look obvious in hindsight.
According to Healthcare Dive, Suki closed a $90 million Series E on October 13, 2026. New investors Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital, and Hercules Capital joined existing backers including Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures, and Zoom Ventures. Aman Mahajan, MD, PhD, MBA, of Healthier Capital is joining the board.
The headline is the AI agent pivot, and it deserves your attention.
Suki already serves more than 450 healthcare organizations and has embedded its tools inside more than 30 technology partners, including Optum, athenahealth, and Zoom. Revenue doubled in 2025 and is on track to do the same in 2026. Revenue from the partner business has grown more than tenfold over the past two years.
That partner flywheel is what this round is actually about.
🔹 Old thesis: Suki as a better transcription layer inside the EHR.
🔹 New thesis: Suki as the operating layer that executes what the note ordered, referrals, prior authorizations, follow-up scheduling, order entry.
🔹 The moat: 30-plus embedded partners who would have to rip Suki out and rebuild.
As a founder in this space, I watch how companies frame their narrative at Series E very carefully. Punit Soni said it plainly in the press release: “Clinical documentation was never the destination. It was the entry point.” That is not marketing language. That is an investor brief.
⚡ KLAS-validated data shows Suki delivers more than $2,600 in average monthly financial impact per provider. When a company can show that number to a CFO, the sales cycle changes completely.
The shift from documentation to agentic execution is the right bet. Prior auth alone costs the U.S. healthcare system billions in wasted physician hours annually. If Suki can handle that task post-visit using the context already captured in the encounter, that is real time returned to clinicians.
What I will be watching: whether the partner model scales faster than the direct-to-clinician model, and whether those 30-plus embedded partners become a distribution moat or a ceiling on pricing power.
Eight years to get here. One sentence to describe what comes next.

CEO/Co-Founder @ Oatmeal Health | AI Lung Cancer Screening | Almost Became a Doctor | Engineer | Follow to Share What I’ve Learned Along the Way
I help patients get the care they need earlier, preventing late-stage cancer.
That’s been the throughline across three companies and almost 20 years in healthcare. At ReferralMD, we fixed broken referral networks so patients didn’t fall through the cracks. At Oatmeal Health, it’s lung cancer: building the diagnostic and screening infrastructure so the 85% of cases caught too late get caught early instead.
Today as CEO of Oatmeal Health, I lead a team embedding AI into radiology workflows to turn routine lung CT scans into reimbursable cancer risk assessments. We partner with FQHCs to reach underserved communities, and with health systems and payers to make early detection economically sustainable. Think HeartFlow or Cleerly, but for lungs.
Between companies, I advised at Techstars and Plug and Play, mentoring founders building in digital health. That experience shaped how I think about what separates companies that ship from companies that stall: distribution, reimbursement, and clinical trust, not just technology.
I’m a CancerX alumnus, a 3x healthcare founder, and someone who believes the biggest problems in cancer aren’t scientific. They’re operational.
We’re hiring mission-driven builders at Oatmeal Health. If you want to work on something that matters, reach out.
When I’m not working, I’m traveling, mentoring, and keeping up with one very energetic husky. 🐾

Millions of patients get less care because of who they are, where they live, or how they look. I’m fighting to change that. CEO @OatmealHealth, a startup built for the underserved. The Oatmeal Bite: intel for clinicians, investors, and advocates.
