Jonathan Govette
Co-Founder & CEO
Jonathan spent 20+ years building and scaling digital health companies. As CEO of ReferralMD, he grew a patient engagement platform to hundreds of health systems and payers nationwide, including partnerships with Amazon and Cedars-Sinai. He was an alumni of Cancer X and Techstars. He co-founded Oatmeal Health to solve the problem he kept seeing everywhere: eligible patients who never got screened because no one reached out.
Yuri Ahuja MD PhD
Co-Founder & CTO
Yuri completed both his MD and PhD in Biostatistics at Harvard, where his doctoral research focused on machine learning methods for EHR-based risk prediction. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and is a Physician Scientist at Mount Sinai. He spent nearly a decade publishing research on predictive models that identify patients falling through the cracks. At Oatmeal Health, he leads the AI and clinical informatics platform.
Ashish Basuray PhD
Co-Founder & COO
Ashish holds a PhD in Supramolecular Chemistry from Northwestern and a BS from Carnegie Mellon. He co-founded PreScouter, a global research intelligence platform, then served as CEO of FirstLook AI. He brings 14 peer-reviewed publications and two issued patents. At Oatmeal Health he leads partnerships, operations, and site expansion across the FQHC network.

Thamer Sartawi MD
Chief Clinical Officer
Board-certified Interventional Pulmonologist and Critical Care specialist who has practiced at Toledo Clinic, ProMedica, Blanchard Valley Health System, and Hutchinson Regional. He brings deep expertise in advanced bronchoscopy and lung nodule management, and serves as the clinical voice that keeps Oatmeal Health's protocols grounded in real-world patient care.
Yakov Keselman PhD
Principal ML/AI Engineer
Yakov holds a PhD in Computer Science and has built data science and machine learning systems across healthcare and enterprise software for two decades. He has held Director-level roles across multiple organizations and has 450+ research citations in computer vision and image recognition. At Oatmeal Health, he architects the predictive models and ML infrastructure powering patient identification across the FQHC network.
Mylea Charvat PhD
Medical Affairs
Stanford-trained clinical neuroscientist and diagnostics executive with 15+ years across digital health, medical devices, and AI-enabled care. Former CMO at Altoida, and Founder of Savonix. She has guided multiple companies through FDA regulatory strategy, clinical trial design, and commercial launch. At Oatmeal Health she leads medical affairs, regulatory positioning, and physician adoption strategy.
Vino Cherian
VP of Strategy
Vino has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and startups. He was a Coordinator at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where working directly with cancer patients shaped his understanding of what real support looks like. He later founded CancerGO, a platform to simplify cancer navigation for patients and families. At Oatmeal Health he leads strategic partnerships and growth.

Bradley Mullen MD
Radiology & Venture
Board-certified diagnostic radiologist and founder of Vye Ventures, an early-stage VC firm focused on radiopharma and diagnostic imaging. A recognized advisor for imaging companies raising seed and Series A, he helps Oatmeal navigate the radiology and medical device investment landscape.
Drew Moghanaki MD MPH FASTRO
Thoracic Oncology
Professor and Chief of Thoracic Oncology at UCLA, 2025 ASTRO Fellow, and leader of $60M+ in lung cancer early detection initiatives at the VA. He co-chairs the VALOR trial (SBRT vs. surgery for operable lung cancer) and leads the VA-PALS and CAL-PALS lung screening access programs.
D. Kyle Hogarth MD FCCP
Bronchoscopy & Lung Cancer
Professor of Medicine and Director of Bronchoscopy at the University of Chicago, and founder of the Society for Advanced Bronchoscopy. He co-directs UChicago's lung cancer screening program, was the first physician in Illinois to adopt several robotic bronchoscopy platforms, and has published in NEJM, Chest, and ERJ.
Vipul Kella MD MBA
Emergency Medicine & VC
Board-certified ER physician with 15 years of clinical and hospital administration experience, an MBA from Johns Hopkins, and a track record as a 2x healthcare investor via PhyCap Fund. Former System Chief of Emergency Services overseeing 110,000+ annual patient visits. Advises Oatmeal on clinical operations and capital strategy.
Anthony Russell MD MBA MPH
Health System Operations
C-suite physician executive with 15+ years leading ambulatory operations at Community Memorial Healthcare and Kaiser Permanente, and a Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School MPH. Now President of the Ventura County Medical Association. Brings deep expertise in health system strategy, community partnerships, and population health.
Tom DiBartholomeo MD
Interventional Radiology
Attending Radiologist at Advanced Radiology Consultants, board-certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology with a CAQ in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Albert Einstein College of Medicine graduate with fellowship training from Montefiore. Investment experience as a Director at Black Granite Capital.
